Nicole Alger

Nicole Alger is a graduate of Duke University and the Florence Academy of Art. Her portrait, 'Terra', was a finalist in the ARC Int'l Salon, 2019. Her figurative work, 'Ostara' juried in ‘Go Wild!’, curated by Conor Walton, and showed at Gormleys Fine Art in Dublin then Belfast, Ireland. Her figurative work, ‘After Hours’ was juried into the 3rd Annual National show at the Wausau Museum of Contemporary Art, curated by David Hummer and Didi Menendez of PoetsArtists collective. Her still life,’ Pickled Lemons’ was included in the 29th Juried Annual Small Works show at Abend Gallery, both in the Fall of 2019. She sells her work through 33 Contemporary Gallery on Artsy, is a member of the Salmagundi Club, American Women Artists, and a registered portraitist with the Copley Society of Art. She also paints portraits pro bono of adoptive children for the charity, Painting for Good Causes.
