Donne Bitner is an accomplished Florida Artist specializing in watercolor, acrylic and 2D mixed media.She graduated from Pennsylvania State University with a BA degree in Art in 1967. She is a member of McRae Art Studios and Arts on Douglas Gallery.  Donne participated in outdoor art shows for twenty years and won seven best of shows before retiring.
